When you played FF6 (or 3 in the US) did you go back for Shadow? And who were your favorite characters? (In my opinion, part 6 is one of the best ones I've ever played.)

Honestly, the first time I played through the game I didn’t. One of my friends had to tell me that I could’ve gone back for him, and then I felt terrible that I’d just left him to die.
Favorite characters is hard to say, but my preferred party would probably be Locke, Terra, Sabin, and Strago. Strago is my oddball favorite because I always really enjoyed Blue Magic/Enemy Skills/Lores in the FF series.
